My time at Vodafone/Arcor was particularly formative: learning how demand and growth are generated—and witnessing firsthand what happens when marketing, sales, and product management fail to operate as a single, cohesive system. Understanding this early on prevents me from optimizing the wrong levers today.

At Deutsche Bank, I navigated scale, governance, and complexity—leading project teams of up to 60 people, holding P&L responsibility, and driving Go-to-Market strategies for digital innovations. This experience proved that transformation in complex organizations requires one thing above all: building buy-in and alignment across all levels.

Scale-Up & FinTech
